Slimming World Chip Butty
Emma says: "This is ever so easy to prepare.
"My fella and my son have eaten it too, and they didn't even know it was a Slimming World recipe."
Ingredients (per person)
1 large potato, peeled and cut into chip shapes
Salt
Frylight
Tomato ketchup (optional)
2 slices of wholemeal bread (from a 400g loaf)
Method
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
2. Parboil the chips in a pan of salted water for five to six minutes.
3. Drain thoroughly.
4. Return to the dry pan and shake to rough-up the edges.
5. Transfer to a non-stick baking sheet.
6. Spray with Frylight and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
