Chinese Food In Minutes Five, 7.30pm

CHINESE food was recently declared the nation's favourite takeaway. Now chef and bestselling author Ching-He Huang is set to bring her mouth-watering recipes into British homes.

In each episode Ching prepares three delicious versions of authentic Chinese dishes and takeaway classics. And watching her are two participants who have never attempted to cook Chinese cuisine

before. They must try to reproduce the recipes and cook a fabulous feast to serve their friends at the end of the show.
