Amson and Dow were honoured for their success over the whole of 2009.
In addition to the Club Championship awards, youngsters who excelled at the Rising Stars Gala last May were also honoured.
Amson, who recently opted to semi-retire from swimming, was described as 'a great ambassador for the club'.
The multi-award winning swimmer will only be taking part in club galas in the future after stepping down from open meet competitions.
Alison Shenton, of Lafarge Cement Works, which sponsored Leek ASC's Winter Club Championships, handed out the medals with one of the most prestigious awards going to Amy Williams, who picked up the Charlotte Massey Trophy for her 'outstanding dedication and commitment to swimming'.
The night also included a buffet and disco and was hailed an overwhelming success by the club.
A club spokesman added: "This has been a great night for the swimmers and their relatives to enjoy themselves.
"It has been the culmination of a very successful year during which the club have yet again gone from strength to strength."
As a thankyou to the club's coaches, who all give all their time voluntarily, a collection was also organised by the parents and presented on the night to club chairman Christine McFadden.
