Students have creative spark
TALENTED artists are inviting the public to a free end-of-year exhibition of their college work.
The show is being launched this Saturday at Leek College and will feature a wide range of pieces from art and design students.
It will include fine art, fashion, textiles, surface pattern photography, illustration, graphic design, 3D pieces and interior design work.
Students from a foundation diploma in art and design course are taking on the management of the exhibition, from planning through to promotion.

Alexandra Webster, who is one of the organisers, said: "We work really hard all year and it is amazing to see our work displayed at the end of it."
The show runs from Saturday until Friday next week, excluding Sunday and Wednesday, between 9am and 5pm.
