Stoke stars are worthy of Euros
HOW could Hodgson choose to take the underachieving Carroll to the Euros instead of Peter Crouch?
Carroll has had a patchy season (at best) at Liverpool, while Crouch, pictured below, has been playing the best football of his career and scoring enough goals.
I have a theory. Over the last few seasons, two or three Stoke players have been undeservedly overlooked by Capello and now Hodgson.
Is it possible that the bigwigs at the FA have said to these managers to try and avoid picking Stoke City players, as they are used to playing 'limited football', thereby the quality at international level would surprise them?

Consider these facts too:
It's well-documented that Capello was never seen at 'the Brit'
Two years ago, when Matty Etherington was on fire, he never got a call-up, yet Matt Jarvis (Wolves) did
After leaving Ferdinand at home, our captain, Ryan Shawcross, did not get a look-in.
Conspiracy theory is not so far-fetched after all.

“Im glad Crouchy did not go to the Euros, because he cannot be blamed for that joke of an England team that did go, what pile of rubbish represented our nation, overpaid pimadonners. They played the same style that Stoke get slated for and are called gallant and brave by the even bigger joke media, and then to top it all the papers say that they can come home with their heads held high, i cant stop laughing.”
