Stoke City: M'Bia considers move to the Brit
RENNES midfielder Stephane M'Bia was at the Britannia Stadium today pondering a big-money move to Stoke City.
The Sentinel understands the Cameroon international was being shown around the ground and could possibly undergo a medical while on the premises.

However, sources said a deal for the player was far from imminent.
The fee for M'Bia, said to be also interesting Marseille and Everton, has been reported to range from £6m up to £12m, but even at the lower level it would be a record for Stoke.
Potters chairman Peter Coates confirmed last night that the club had been "monitoring" 23-year-old M'Bia, but added: "If anything does happen, it looks a long way off at the moment."

“Rob - what???? Which Fowler? Michelle, flying in from America for a reunion with Sharon Watts down the Vic. I've heard that Peter Coates has been investing heavily in anti ageing research and has in fact made a remarkable break through. Tomorrow he will be announcing that he has successfully funded a project that not only stops ageing put also reverses it. The main test subject for this has been Brazilian legend Romario, who has been secretly receiving treatment and now has a biological age of 25. To show his thanks Romario will sign a 5 year deal tomorrow. Pete has also lined up fellow Brazillian legend Zico and Italians Dino Zoff and Paulo Rossi. Rumour is it will take a further 3 - 5 years of research before big Pete will be able to clone the wing wizard himself Sir Stan from a strand of hair that is kept locked away in a vault deep below BET365 HQ.”

“Thought it was against the rules to pretend to be someone you aren't. Behaviour like that should deserve suspension from the site.
Rob the sentinel will know exactly who posted that comment. I'd be interested how that would be dealt with.”
