Stoke City: Blackburn tough guys still strong, says Matteo

Blackburn Rovers v Stoke City (3pm)

Dominic Matteo
STOKE defender Dominic Matteo says his old Blackburn team-mates won't be feeling sorry for themselves when they line up against Stoke tomorrow.
From the outside at least, Rovers appear to be in some disarray, having sacked Paul Ince on Tuesday following a run of six straight defeats.
Sam Allardyce was appointed the following day, but has had little time to stamp his authority on the side before they kick off against City.
However, current players Ryan Nelsen, Brett Emerton, Morten Gamst Pedersen, and Tugay were at Rovers with Matteo before he left Blackburn for Stoke two years ago.
