Stoke City Academy player Andrew Hall accussed of killing 15-year-old Megan-Leigh Peat

STOKE City Academy player Andrew Hall has been charged with the murder of a 15-year-old girl.

The 18-year-old midfielder is accused of killing Megan-Leigh Peat, who was found stabbed at a house in Ampthill, Bedfordshire, in the early hours of Saturday.

Bedfordshire Police last night confirmed Hall has been charged in connection with the case.

He was due to appear before Luton magistrates today.
