SCANDAL: Stafford Hospital.
Their appearances come in the wake of the Francis Report, which condemned an 'insidious negative culture' at Mid Staffordshire NHS Trust- the organisation behind the running of Stafford Hospital.
The scandal, which has been dubbed the biggest in the history of the NHS, led to hundreds of unnecessary deaths at the hospital between 2005 and 2008.

“It would appear that they've found a couple of scapegoats then. No excuses for these two if they've broken the rules but what about the senior members including the top dog on his £200,000 plus a year, the only punishment he got was promotion.”
