“Regeneration Specialist? Your report paints them in an almost evangelical light. They're a property company aren't they..or civil engineers, whatever they're called. Their success is simple. Council offloads potential liabilities on the cheap. Developer with brains makes a killing. Electorate pay through the nose. Hard nosed capitalism reins over devoted socialist voters. Property company shareholders upgrade their yachts.”
