Parents looking for ways to keep their children entertained during half-term can sign up for a Sports Camp at The Gordon Banks Sports Centre.

The Sports Centre, based at the Newcastle-under-Lyme College (NULC) campus on Knutton Lane, is offering boys and girls aged from eight to 14 the opportunity to take part in a range of sporting activities during half term including indoor and outdoor sports, football, kwik cricket, balloon volleyball, assault courses and more.

The Sports Camp will run on Monday 18, Tuesday 19 and Wednesday 20 February from 8.00am – 4.00pm. Full day sessions cost £5.00 per child, with children needing to bring a packed lunch.

Louise Ziemann, Manager of the Gordon Banks Sports Centre, said: "The camp will provide a relaxed and safe environment for children to enjoy a range of activities, helping them to make new friends, stay fit and healthy and hopefully learn some new skills at the same time."
