Speedway: Felton preparing for Stoke return
SPEEDWAY: Stoke asset Dean Felton will start his 20th season in the sport after reaching agreement to ride for Buxton.
"I think 2012 might be my last season," he said, "but that is for the future. I'm so pleased to be riding again."
Wolverhampton-based Felton holds the record for the most appearances in the third level of British speedway.
"I absolutely love racing a speedway bike and I finished last season in some of the best form of my career.
"If I can start 2012 as I finished last season I could have a decent season. That would be a nice way to go out."
Felton last rode for Stoke in 2001, but is looking forward to returning to Loomer Road with his new team.
He added: "It will be nice to have the chance to say thank you to the club."
