HE'S BACK: Singer Joe Longthorne is making a welcome return to the Lyceum Theatre.

The Blackpool-based entertainer is touring the UK and will be performing in Crewe next Thursday.

It was through the London Weekend TV series Search For A Star, in 1981, that Joe's career was first launched.

His success led to appearances at the London Palladium.

Now aged 56, Joe has continued to tour and has also released another album, The Impossible Dream.

An Intimate Evening With Joe Longthorne is at the Crewe Lyceum, on Thursday at 7.30pm. Call 01270 686 777.
