A SHOP-FITTING company has been bought out of administration.

Administrators were appointed at Newstead-based UNO Group earlier this month, but the business and its assets have already been sold to a new firm formed by its team of directors.

Before it went into administration, UNO employed around 145 people. No redundancies were made during the administration process.
