Karen Dobson, Principal and Chief Executive, said: "The aim of our open events is to provide school leavers with information on the full range of options available, so that they can make an informed choice about their future studies. We'll have expert staff on hand throughout the evening to help young people get advice to ensure they apply for the course that's right for them."
Visitors will be able to get a feel for college life by talking to current students and staff, viewing demonstrations and taking part in a range of 'have a go' activities in subjects including animation, nail art, brickwork, floristry, hairdressing, music technology, joinery and painting and decorating.
Staff from the College will also be on hand to provide advice and guidance about the range of support on offer, from financial help and additional learner support to activities and enrichment opportunities.
