“Ashamed to say I dont have any Portmierion or Spode, but nearly all my other pottery is from local potteries.
Although most locals would say that Stoke made pottery is too expensive on the low wages around here, go to the factory shops, except the Wedgwood one where its all made in Indonesia.
Theres always great bargains to be had, even best quality discontinued at a price most can afford.
If we locals dont support the 'potts' how can we expect any one else.”

“Absolutely wonderful, best of luck to them (and I've put my money where my mouth is, I've several of their products in my cupboards now: be nice if we could all help them by buying at least one item to show our support).”
