With over 40 years experience St Thomas More Catholic College Sailing School is ideally placed to provide you with the training and advice you require to enjoy your time onboard. The more informed you are the more confident you become in your abilities and those around you.
Over the years we have trained over potential 500 seafarers' in the skills required to change their lives. Some have gone on to sail around the world, while others have become liveaboards' spending their summers in the Mediterranean or the Caribbean.
What is common amongst all is that the training we have provided has allowed them to indulge in their passion of the sea and all it has to offer. Most people have the impression that sailing is an expensive hobby but nothing can be further from the truth. With sailing associations, boat shares, and specialist holiday companies you can get on the water for a lot less than you think.
