Pupils quieten down to raise £1,160 for Dougie Mac
SSSHHHHH: Students and staff at Newcastle College are once again donating the proceeds of their Christmas fund-raising event to a local charity.
The college's sixth form and staff took part in a sponsored silence and a green and yellowed themed fancy dress day in order to raise money for the Blurton-based Douglas Macmillan Hospice.
