Prince Charles visits Middleport Pottery
HIS Royal Highness the Prince of Wales paid a visit to Middleport Pottery today as part of a tour celebrating the country's manufacturing industry.
Prince Charles arrived at the Port Street factory shortly after 10.30am this morning before embarking meeting staff and checking out the ongoing work at the historic building.

In 2011 the Prince's Regeneration Trust charity bought the site and it is currently undergoing a £8.5 million investment to help make it a tourist destination.
Ros Kerslake, chief executive of The Prince's regeneration Trust, said: "It was wonderful to be able to show our President, HRH The Prince of Wales, the progress we have made at Middleport Pottery."
