Dwarf family land fantasy film roles in Hollywood
A FAMILY of dwarfs is to feature alongside Hollywood stars after landing roles in two fantasy films.
Claire Hall, aged 32, and son Bradley, aged 18, of Bold Street, Northwood, are to appear as extras in a film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

The film, which is being made from the last book of author JK Rowling's fantasy series, will star Helena Bonham Carter, Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson. It is being released in two parts in November 2010 and July 2011, and the pair are due to start filming in November.
Miss Hall and her daughter Caitlin, aged 11, have just returned from Ireland where they were filming their parts as villagers in Your Highness with actress Natalie Portman and writer-actor Danny McBride. The fantasy comedy is out next year.
And the family's theatrical successes do not end there – Miss Hall's 6ft 4ins fiance Sam Poulten is a sound engineer for comedian Freddie Starr.
Miss Hall, who starred as Snoozy in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at the Regent Theatre last Christmas, said: "I've been in theatre for many years. To me it's just a job. The children have only just started to show an interest.
"At first I was a bit cautious as it is not a secure profession, but then I encouraged them to go for it. They've taken it all in their stride and haven't got big-headed about it at all."
Miss Hall said they had not yet been told which part of the Harry Potter film they would be appearing in.
She said Caitlin had only been given a minor part in Your Highness because there were restrictions on how many hours a day under-18s could spend on the set. She said: "With the Harry Potter films, it takes about three hours to put your make-up on so she would have used up her entitlement straight away."
Miss Hall landed her first role in fantasy film Willow, directed by Ron Howard, when she was 16.
She went on to play a rabbit in television series Chronicles Of Narnia two years later.
Over the years, she has had numerous pantomime parts, and met Mr Poulten at The Grand in Wolverhampton during Christmas 2006.
The couple have a daughter together, 16-month-old Freya, and are due to wed at Best Western Stoke-on-Trent Moat House at Festival Park October 10.
Mr Poulten said: "I'm really proud of my family for landing these parts. I can't wait to see the film."
Bradley, who works as a ride operator at Alton Towers and played Sneezy in the pantomime at the Regent Theatre at Christmas, said: "I'm really happy as I think it is a big film for my first film. It's all very exciting and we have already seen the stars like Daniel Radcliffe having lunch in the canteen when we have been down to London to have our costume fitted."
Caitlin, who goes to Birches Head High School, said: "I really enjoyed filming in Ireland and made loads of friends on set. How many 11-year-olds can say they have been in a film?"

“?????? Liz, How is it un-PC.
1/ Are they not classed as dwarfs.
2/ Have they not landed parts in Hollywood films
3/ Do they themselves use their height or lack of it to land these roles.
4/ Do they not look really happy as a family with a fantastic career ahead of them.
So get off your PC horse and like everyone else wish them all the very best in work and happiness”
