“VantaVale, one can only speculate. I imagine that Harlequin wanted to cecover any money they could before Port Vale going in to adminsitration. But if their claim was opposed they would have needed to point their lawyer at Port Vale which is always expensive. Once administration happened the wriiting is on the wall - they would know that even if they have a case they are unlikely to get much money back as a creditor. So I suspect they have one way or another disappeared in to the sunset.
Harlequin are an interesting company though. The fact they are in to property letting means they will come in to contact with many quite wealthy people. Even now therefore one can speculate on their possible connections and whether they have any link with Keith Ryder that may play out in the next few weeks.”

“I see Harlequin are not listed. Were they successful in their court case against the club?”

“Mr Pareto pops up with his curve yet again. I hope the administrator is looking very closely at what breaches of directors' duties have arisen and therefore at the personal liability that may arise. Continental Solutions Limited, Gibraltar £277,734 would be the highest item on the creditors side of the balance sheet. This of course doesn't deal with potential debtors to the club.”

“an absolutely disgusting state of affairs without any attempt to apportion blame, just disgusting.”
