“I am a Stoke fan living in Shropshire,i have worked in and around Shrewsbury all day. There is no snow, temperatures went up to around 2 degrees and it has been a clear sunny day.The frost had cleared by about 10am.Forecast for this area 2 morrow is frosty at first, snow on the higher ground, cold but sunshine expected. So Vale fans make your own mind up.The locals were worried about playing you as you were on a roll, maybe the team were.”

“Well done officials on calling it off today and not an hour or so before kick off. This gives people who travel distances, plenty of notice. Thank you.

The up side is our injured get a bit longer to recover and those with knocks can also recover.”
