Vale fielded a strong side including Adam Yates, Joe Davis, Chris Birchall and Calvin Andrew as well as Morsy and Williamson for the match on the Bycars training pitches.
But Oldham took the lead against the run of play in the 28th minute when Connor Hughes's cross from the right was converted by Dan Taylor.
The home side turned the game around in the 72nd minute when midfielder Morsy scored with a direct free-kick from 25 yards after he had been fouled by James Tarkowski.
Almost immediately, Williamson received the ball deep in midfield and charged forward before smacking home what proved the winner from 20 yards.
Centre-back Davis limped off 10 minutes from time.
