Port Vale: Jones to miss Rovers mission
DAN Jones will remain on the sidelines as Port Vale bid to get their promotion push back on track at Bristol Rovers tomorrow.
The left-back missed Saturday's defeat at home to Southend and has not recovered in time for the trip, though he could return in time for Saturday's game at York City.
But there are no other injuries for boss Micky Adams as he looks to turn around a worrying spell of form at the Memorial Ground.
The out-of-sorts Valiants have lost four of their last six games to see their gap to the play-off places reduced to three points.

"The 18 who were in the squad on Saturday are fit and raring to go again," said Adams.
"We'll add Ryan Burge to that group and I'll pick a side to go and beat Bristol Rovers.
"I've no negative thoughts in my mind about trying to nick a point and steady the ship.
"We'll be bold and try to win the game, like we always do."
Adams admitted Vale weren't good enough in that 2-1 defeat against Southend, and is demanding his team respond positively.
"Saturday has gone," he said.
"We've dissected it, analysed it, criticised it and we move on.
"Thats the way you have to approach it.
"But we can't keep saying that.
"It has got to the point now where we have to kick back into action and I think we'll get a response."
