Port Vale: Goal hero Taylor eyes grandstand finish
WINGER Rob Taylor is eyeing a strong finish to Port Vale's League Two campaign after playing a starring role in their 2-1 midweek win over Bradford City.
The 25-year-old celebrated his recall to the line-up by setting up Marc Richards's second-half equaliser before hitting a 79th-minute winner.

ONWARDS AND UPWARDS: Rob Taylor is keen for Vale to finish their season strongly.
Despite signing a two-year contract extension in January, Taylor has managed just five starts since the turn of the year. "It's been frustrating, because up until December I was playing well," said Taylor, who has now netted six goals in 28 appearances this season.
"After signing my contract things haven't gone for me and people might read something into that. But it's not like I haven't been trying.
"I've been frustrated. You need a run of games, but I haven't been performing.
"I've felt like I've let the manager down, because he's given me opportunities in the last couple of months, but I haven't been good enough.
"So it was good to put in a half-decent performance, and now I want to get a few games under my belt and help us have a strong finish."
The challenge facing Vale is to inject more consistency into their campaign after four wins and four losses in their last eight games.
With 11 matches remaining, they travel to Chesterfield on Saturday in 11th place, six points adrift of the top seven.
