Police witness appeal after flasher exposes himself
POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man appeared from the bushes and exposed himself to a member of the public.
The incident happened at Bathpool Park in Kidsgrove around 8pm last night.

The man is described as between 15 and 17 years of age. He was wearing shorts and a black T-shirt.
