Police make You Tube debut with drugs video (Video)

STAFFORDSHIRE Police has posted its first film on the video sharing website, YouTube.

The force has produced a DVD about Operation Nemesis, featuring Assistant Chief Constable Marcus Beale and colleagues from Stoke-on-Trent's Safer City Partnership and the Staffordshire Drug and Alcohol Action Team.

"As a force, we've been producing our own training and information DVDs in-house for a while now," said Mr Beale.

"A short video about Operation Nemesis, timed to coincide with National Tackling Drugs Week, seemed like a good subject for YouTube.

"Nemesis has produced good results since it began in 2007. The work we've done with our partners has made a difference to the lives of people living in communities blighted by problems associated with drugs use and dealing."
