Phil's charity challenge
SIX-OUT-OF-SIX: Runner Phil Thomas has given six of the best for charity.
The 35-year-old, from Sneyd Green, pictured, completed a series of six half-marathons in six days in each of the six towns of Stoke-on-Trent.

And by yesterday he had got enough breath back to present the £1,070 raised to Donna Louise Children's Hospice.
Phil, of Hanley Road, said: "I love my city which is a great place to work and live. The work of the hospice is so inspirational it moved me to do what I could to help raise funds for them."
Christina Hunter, a community fund-raiser for the Trentham hospice, said: "We are very grateful to Phil for undertaking such a fantastic challenge."
