POLICE are still looking for a dementia sufferer who has not been seen since leaving his home almost five months ago.

Gordon Beard, aged 79, went missing from his Kestrel Drive home, in Loggerheads, at 10am on Tuesday, August 18.

Mr Beard was last seen by his wife and is believed to have left the house to go for a walk.

Police have investigated all potential sightings of the pensioner, but have not found him.

A family liaison officer is working with Mr Beard's family to update them on the investigation.

Mr Beard is white, 5ft 9in tall, well built with grey hair. He was wearing a cream shirt, black trousers and walking boots and was carrying a walking stick when he disappeared.
