New products to be unveiled
DISTRIBUTION firm RKW is gearing up for a major trade fair.
The business, which specialises in electrical products and housewares, signed a licensing deal with electrical appliance giant Morphy Richards last year.
Now following a near-£2 million investment it is planning to launch a new range of Morphy Richards housewares at the Spring Fair in Birmingham this weekend.
RKW is part of the Sutton Venture Group, which employs around 120 staff at its Fenton base.
The Morphy Richards deal has involved RKW developing new houseware products such as knives and saucepans which match the brand's popular Accents range of small domestic appliances, such as kettles and toasters.
Sales director Phil Walsh said: "There are 12 different colours across the range and all the buyers we've shown them to so far love them."
