Motorcyclist killed in crash at Arclid traffic lights near Sandbach

A 62-YEAR-OLD motorcyclist was killed after colliding with a car.

The man, from Congleton, died at the scene of the crash at Arclid traffic lights, in Newcastle Road, near Sandbach, at 7.55am today.

Police shut the road for several hours but it reopened at around midday.

Anyone with any information is urged to contact Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 140 of 4 March.
