“Just let me point out that there are two sides to every story. I live just off a very fast road, and constantly people are hitting their horn at me as I turn in my drive, my driveway is very tight and I need to seriously enter slowly to avoid doing damage to my car. I have come to the idea that the people who hit their horns at me don't have the intelligence to understand what I am doing. It came to the crunch the other night when I felt compelled to follow a "horn hitter", when I caught up with him I could tell that he was expecting trouble, I mockingly said to him that 'I was sorry for turning in my own drive', he replied that he hit his horn because I had "stalled"?. So this driver wanted me to turn into the path of a vehicle traveling at 60mph while I navigated my tight driveway? Clearly intelligence is the issue.
I have had this problem for over a year, so you can see how little things like horn hitting can make someone angry over a period of time. How many times have we all seen a broken down car with its hazard lights on aside of the road and drivers are hitting their horns? People in general are thick. One time I pulled over to let an ambulance pass, the driver behind me started to go crazy hitting his horn and going red in the face, he went even redder when he realised there was an ambulance wanting to pass. As for the driver who accused me of stalling, I would have loved nothing more than to have @@@@@@ ### @@@@ into his dashboard and asked him if that horn was the only thing he had for Christmas, but hey! it was Saturday night, I had got beer in the fridge and pizza in the oven, iv got better things to do.”

“Sadly this isn't jaw-dropping news anymore. More and more people "drive angry" and can't wait to have a go at someone. I regularly see situations where people just lose control or come very close to it. Last year I came very close to being assaulted by a driver when I was riding my pedal bike. He was a "delivery driver",and took exception to me just being there,it seemed. I wear a high-vis jacket and have exceptionally bright lights so as to be seen. He actually accused me of pulling out on him at a roundabout. Now why would someone so intent on staying safe and being seen "pull-out" on a large vehicle?? He actually pulled over and walked towards me clearly intent on violence.Lucky for him I kept riding and ignored him.”
