Marriage is for men and women
I TOTALLY agree with J Holdcroft, of Biddulph Moor, on her stance against gay marriage (The Sentinel, December 12).
The Government should ban same-gender couples from marrying in any place of worship and from adopting or fostering children under 16.
It is the wrong environment and could possibly cause problems in later life for them.
The subject of same-gender relationships should never be taught in any education facility and IVF treatment should be made available to heterosexual couples only.

I would also like to see the words 'gay pride' replaced with the correct phraseology, 'homosexual and lesbian marches'.
I never have and never will accept the lifestyle same gender couples choose to live.

“There you have it. If you don't hate gays you must be heterophobic. Wondered how long that would take. I would imagine more people would be offended by Gay Pride than Straight Pride. In fact, most people would probably not even notice the latter to even be the offended, especially the gays!!”

They do all the time, Andy2309. I guess it sells advertising, just like letting bigots rant against loving relationships because those involved happen to be of the same gender.
They also promote web links to pics of topless young women and toddlers dressed in inappropriate clothing, so who knows in which direction their moral compass points?”
