A LETTINGS agency has cemented its reputation as being among the creme de la creme by picking up its fourth award in as many years at its parent company's annual conference.
Mark Beckett, who runs the Martin & Co office in Piccadilly, Hanley, maintained his perfect record by being nominated as a finalist in the 'Best Established Business' category where offices are assessed on a variety of criteria including growth over the previous 12 months.

Mark says: "It was a real shock to win another award. We have had a decent year and grew by around 30 per cent for managed properties, but it was still a very big surprise.''
Mark is quick to pay tribute to his team of six full time employees plus one Saturday worker and the help, input and support of his wife, Liz, since they started the business four years ago, saying: "A big part of our success is down to the skill and calibre of the people working here.
