Man injured in incident in Hanley Park, Stoke-on-Trent
A 41-year-old man was injured in the face in mysterious circumstances in Hanley Park in Stoke on Monday (April 30).
Detectives are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which took place near the playground in the park just after 1pm.

He was taken to the University Hospital of North Staffordshire where he received treatment for facial injuries which are not life-threatening.
Prior to the incident the man had been in the park with two other men.
