WHY not try one of the nation's and Abdul's favourite dishes, Chicken Tikka Masala?
1. In a large deep frying pan, add almond, coconut sugar, Cinnamon and curry sauce, and bring to the boil on a high heat.
2. Add your chicken, tikka masala sauce and cream, stir and cook on a moderate heat for five minutes.
3. Turn down the heat and simmer for five minutes, or until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
