“I could not see a link to Ms Atkins expenses, so i went on the government website and pulled them all off myself. putting them all together into a spreadsheet those 3 years of expenses (not counting the 2008-2009) shows just how self serving and immoral my MP is. This is not a question of claiming what is allowed. This is a blatant case of screwing the system for whatever it can bear. House renovations, Garden landscaping, bathroom improvements. In what way are taxpayers responsible for that..? She claims that she brought a property because it was cheap but needing modernising. Failing to omit the fact that the profit she will realise on this upgraded property is hers alone and not given back into the public coffers. Disgusting..”

“You can't find a lot out from this, much is blacked out, it does the MPs no favers at all, Westminster still looks to hide and protect them. An honnist MP said on the TV this morning that himself and around 200 others have notheing to hide, and the only thing they to be redacted were the addresses of people working for them, to stay in line with the data protection act. If it was a attemet to prove meny MPs have acted well within the gidelines and indeed not clamed all they are entitled to, it did'nt work, and thats a shame.”

“So much information redacted , it now proves more than ever that the MPs want to knowingly hide the true amount of so called expenses that they have willingly exploited out of the tax payer .”

“correct use of the word redacted. meaning that a document has been edited/revised for publication.”

“Agreed Kevin. They've even retracted the council tax band letters of his homes. Why? I don't understand.”

“Ihave only just scratched surface of Mark Fisher's expenses which I chose at random. The redaction or blotting out of the facts litter every page-something most definitely is amiss. The security mitigation has worn a bit thin”

“Actually, The Sentinel has only revealed what MPs wilfully revealed to them. And the officially published expenses are pointless because information about things like second homes has been redacted, so it's impossible to tell whether MPs have behaved improperly.”
