“In complete agreement with comments so far. Breaking down the figures most properties are having approximately £1000 each per year. So make sure rent is double that and the council stands to make £1 billion over the next 30 years.

oops sorry, as we have already established it's not £1billion, but it is double your money.

Now just in case you were wondering £2000/52 is only £38 per week. I only know a handful of people who live in council properties and they are paying more than that. So what are they doing with the surplus?”

“Only if you have a billion to spent. They can.t even get the maths right. What a load of incompetents . We are trusting this lot with our money and future. They are just plucking numbers out of the air, thinking we won't know any better. The missing, near half a Billion pounds. Somebody call the FRAUD SQUAD. But they are getting away with it. Crying Foul. It's Fowl alright. and it STINKS. PERVERSE.”

“That's £52,356.02 per property, something is very, very wrong somewhere.”
