Justify council's £40m building
YOU asked if the council is right to cap council tax (Sentinel, November 19). The answer is yes, but in the next breath the council says there will be spending cuts in 2013/14 of between £20-£23 million.
How can it justify this while paying £40 million for a new building when it already has a good one in Stoke?
