Jobs on offer at Alstom
MORE than 140 skilled jobs are up for grabs at power generation specialist Alstom.
The vacancies at the global business's Stafford base come after it won a number of high profile contracts.
Steve Burgin, president of Alstom UK, said: "Our Stafford site is a group centre of excellence and has won a very large contract for an energy superhighway in India."
The site, which employs about 2,000 people, has also been awarded a £21 million contract to design and build a new substation for Scottish Power Energy Networks.
