Jade was a shining example
NO REGRETS: Nowhere have I seen it suggested that Jade Goody was an angel, saint, or other heavenly being. Even she herself denied such claims.
In every interview I have read, she acknowledges the fact that she had done some things she wasn't proud of but insisted, quite rightly in my opinion, that she wasn't going to spend the rest of her life regretting parts of it that she couldn't change. Jade believed in God and heaven, and she had made her apologies to the right people, including Shilpa Shetty. If Shilpa could forgive her then what right has anyone else to hold a grudge?
In the forefront of Jade's mind were her children. How dare anyone criticise her for making the best of what she was given and providing a sound future for her children.
She raised awareness for cervical cancer, she earned her own money, and she built a foundation for her children which meant that they can escape the kind of prejudice that she has being subjected to by some of the hateful people in the world.
I understand that there are other people suffering, but if this gives even a few of them the courage to go forth and do what they need to do and be honest about the future, then I say great.

“I think people started getting irritated after the wedding when the publicity went on and on and on. Unfortunately that showed a side to her that was self centred and in need of maximum exposure right to the end. The pictures of her on stretchers unable to stand were unnecessary as were the details of her failing organs (her publcist needed to stop THEN) but it was all in need of headlines. That undid any good done by the Cancer Awareness and made it just undignified and greedy. I am really sad that she died though...or had pain....poor baby.”

“E.B... Stoke, can I pull you up on one point there dude,Max Clifford made very little, if any money at all out of this. In fact he got involved as he had lost his wife though cancer, and felt the need to help Goody, but he still tryed to come out smelling of roses, and got a bit of a name again.”

“Before Jade Goody became ill, she was one of the most despised women in the country,Although it is very sad when any young women loses their life through illness,The media sold papers on the back of her illness,by trying to turn her into a saint, the only reason Max Clifford and the media were involved was because,IT MADE THEM LOTS OF MONEY.”

“For one I will suggest what I like and will not be bullied by the media or the sheep that go a long with them. Some people comment on Jade Goody as if they knew her personally. Get a grip its fabricated elevation my media, no more, no less. You cannot grieve for someone you do not know. The point that I tried to make was that Jade Goody had no control or idea how her cancer would be used in a pitiful attempt by our moral media, who through Jade Goody, were now galvanising cancer awareness. That she raised cervical cancer awareness was coincidental. Jade Goody did not go out of her way to help the NHS, the less fortunate or anybody else before her diagnosis. Whether she can be construed as a racist or not is up for debate; it was the double standards of the media and section of the general public alike; as in the selfish nature of most people in that 'I would do for my family what Jade has done' was the point I was trying to make, in that our actions should be done for the good of everyone”
