AN EMBROIDERY group is on the lookout for new members.

The Alsager and District Embroiderers' Guild currently has around 35 members.

Secretary Veronica Wells, from Brownlow, Congleton, said: "Next year is our tenth anniversary and we are always looking for new people."

"The group is a great way for people interested in embroidery to meet like-minded people, learn different techniques and make new friends."

Meetings are at Alsager Library at 1.45pm on the second Tuesday of the month. Visitors can pay £3.50 to attend before deciding whether to join.
