Hospital board to debate crisis
FINANCIAL problems at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire were set to be discussed at a meeting today.
The spiralling debt – which could rise to around £27 million – is a key item on the agenda for the monthly meeting of the board running the Hartshill complex. It was due to start at 9.30am in the clinical education centre.
