FITNESS sessions for toddlers will start at a leisure centre next month.

Dimensions Leisure Centre, in Burslem, is to hold special GymTots sessions for toddlers and parents.

As part of the British Gymnastics scheme FUNdamentals, Dimensions will be hosting two 10-week courses over the next five months for two different age groups. The summer course runs from Jul 13 to Sep 14 and the autumn course from Sep 21 to Nov 23.

There will also be two classes per day for different age groups – 10am to 11am for those aged 18 months to three, and then 11am to midday for those aged three to five.

Each course costs £30, but this is discounted to £27.50 with an Energise Plus card. Each course is run by qualified, experienced and CRB-checked gymnastic instructors. A free taster session will be held at the leisure centre on June 29, starting at 10am. Call into the centre for more details.
