Fourth man charged over Staffordshire explosions
A FOURTH man has been charged following a series of explosions in Staffordshire.
Detectives investigating a series of blasts that happened in Blythe Bridge, Cheadle and Weston Coyney on Friday, August 3, have now charged Kevin John Procter, of Edge View Road, Stoke-on-Trent with conspiracy to blackmail.

The 43-year-old was arrested yesterday and is due to appear before magistrates today.
Jason Taft, aged 40, of Stoke-on-Trent, Thomas Leslie, aged 54, of County Down, and Thomas Leslie, aged 34, also of County Down, have all previously been charged with conspiracy to blackmail and have been remanded in custody to next appear at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on Friday, November 9.
