Fighting abuse of parking bays
I RECENTLY had occasion to complain about the abuse of blue badge bays at a local health centre.
When my complaint to the manager went unanswered I contacted Pals for help.
They were brilliant and have put me in touch with the complaints manager who has assured me that no vehicle should be parked in a blue badge bay unless displaying a blue badge and the disabled person is using that vehicle.
She has assured me that they are taking a robust stand against this abuse.
