Ex-student's on air in war zone
A UNIVERSITY graduate spent six weeks entertaining the county's troops in a war torn country.
Former Staffordshire University student Hal Stewart hosted radio shows at Camp Bastion in Afghanistan, above.
The 29-year-old, who studied at the university from 2001 until 2004, said: "I could never have imagined I would one day be hosting a breakfast show in Afghanistan but that is exactly what happened."
