Estate Agent looking forward to new development ideal for first time buyers.
AN ESTATE agent says she is excited about the prospects for a new development that she says will be ideal for first time buyers when the first homes become available this summer.
Louise Williams-Nixon, director of the Hartshill-based Bramptons agency, says the company has been appointed as the sole agent for a development of nine houses being built by Pandora Developments at Bradeley.

Moorland View will have a variety of three bedroom semi detached and town houses, set over three storeys, and with prices starting at £129,950. The properties are being built in an area designated for government assistance to help first time buyers so they are exempt from Stamp Duty.
Every house has two car parking spaces attached to it, each will have a conservatory, a front and rear garden and the master bedrooms will have an en suite bathroom.

Louise says: "We are really excited about this development. We have worked with Pandora before so we know that the quality of their building is superb and in terms of value for money these look to be exceptional buys.
"You do not normally find new build homes with a conservatory and I think this is one of the things that will help set them apart. They each have their own car parking space which is another big advantage. Add in the en suite and the garden space and the price and you can see them appealing to first time buyers and young families.
"And because of the area they are in which has been chosen by the government as one it will support to boost house building and buying, they will be exempt from Stamp Duty. This is going to save around £1,500 or so and the buyers can put that towards their deposit.''
Work has already begun on the first tranche of four properties that are being built with an aim of having them ready by the summer with the remaining five to follow.
Louise says: "We will be doing a lot of promotion for this site, holding open weekends and events as soon as the show home is completed and ready for viewing but with this specification and at this price I would advise people to register their interest with us soon; I really do not think they will be empty for very long.''
