Ed's 'one nation' pledge
ED Miliband, pictured, made a bold grab for the political centre ground, using his keynote speech to Labour's annual conference to promise to 'rebuild Britain as One Nation'.
In a 65-minute performance, Mr Miliband won applause from his audience and the approval of commentators as he called on Britons to come together in the fight to overcome the economic downturn.

Is this the same as "all in it together"?
Is this all they can dream up "soundbites" with no substance?
