Eating out: The Swan with Two Necks at Blackbrook
Andrew Phillips, aged 24, of Newcastle, enjoys nothing more than a trip to Nantwich Road, Blackbrook, for an evening at The Swan With Two Necks.
"The Swan is a lavishly refurbished country pub and restaurant with a modern and fresh decor, and a warm and homely ambiance which in no way overshadows the fabulous quality of food that the restaurant offers.
The service of the staff is impeccable, and this only adds to the dining experience. Although there are many restaurants perhaps a little nearer than the Swan, I consider the 20-minute country drive is definitely worth it.
The food ranges from steaks and meat dishes to fish and pasta, and what's more the menu changes seasonally which means that the dining experience is always a refreshing one, although they do keep classic, popular dishes on throughout the year.
I have to personally recommend the vegetarian hummus starter, it's something I look forward to every time I visit, although I am certain anything on the menu would be thoroughly enjoyed."
